Champagne Video is a store which sells and rents videos. The location is used for the first scene of the second episode of Season One, "The Stake Out". The store rents VHS movies, including adult films, which was common for video rental stores in the 80s and 90s before the rise of DVD and the Internet.

The store is later seen in "The Smelly Car". George attempts to return Rochelle, Rochelle but chose to keep the video an extra day as it is cheaper than the rewinding fee. Unfortunately, the video is stolen from the smelly car because the windows had to be left open, and George is charged $98 by the store to replace the movie. While returning the video, George runs into Susan and her lesbian girlfriend, Mona.

George attempts to rent Breakfast at Tiffany's in The Couch, but it has already been rented. When the clerk is distracted, George looks on the computer to find the name and address of the person who has rented the video, Joe Temple.

Elaine and Kramer return to Champagne Video in "The Comeback". Elaine enjoys movies picked by the store's staff member Vincent and eventually becomes infatuated with the mysterious video store clerk.
